logos and trademarks identify Digital Classics, a unit of Walika Publishing Company, and
let the public know the source of information contained herein. You may not use our logos
or trademarks without the express written permission of the Digital Classics. Please
make such requests by email. We will
evaluate your request as soon as possible.
In addition, you may not use our logos or
trademarks, whether design or word marks, in the following ways:

publication title. |
| In, as, or as part of your own trademarks. |
| To identify products or services that are not
Digital Classic's. |
| In a manner likely to cause confusion. |
| In a manner that implies inaccurately that we
sponsor, endorse, or are otherwise connected with your own activities, products, and
services. |
| In a manner that disparages Digital Classics,
Walika Publishing Company, its officers, employeer or affiliates. |
Proper Attribution
of Digital Classics and Walika Logos and Trademarks
Permitted uses of our logos or trademarks must
include the following brief statement attributing the logos and trademarks to Digital
Classics and Walika Publishing Company:
"Digital Classics, Walika Publishing
Company, the Wa-Li-Ka logo and marks, the name Digital Classics and Walika are copyrighted
by Walika Publishing Company.
